Papa got in on Friday night and has weathered all the "surprises" really well. He likes the new car and is hanging out in the new hot tub every night/day. When he saw the bathroom renovation, he just said "wow"! Now he wants Jason to renovate even more :). Our days have been filled with beaches and driving around the island. Tom has been boogie-boarding almost every day and has plans to go on Thursday to Diamond Head with Gordon and Alex to surf. Aeryn's got a cold so she's been sleeping in the car as we go from one place to another. Today I got some pictures at the beach, so will share that with you. Tom had Aeryn in the backpack at Pyramid Rock and they went searching for crabs - they found some pretty big ones, too. Very exciting for both of them! All I can say is that it's a good thing the backpack has shoulder straps!

ReplyDeleteApparently Tom does not remember that he might need his fingers for his work. Nancy reminded me of when we went to Pyramid Rock and the lifeguard had to go out and get Kevin and Kaitlyn. Can you say "ripcurrent"?
